The KAYABA KYB 48mm closed cartridge fork is among the best performing forks of recent years, and for this reason BOANO have decided to redo again a specific fork kit for HONDA Africa Twin XRV 750 RD04-RD07-RD07A (1990-2004), with this fork as protagonist.

Compared to the old kit, after 25 years of experience, the new kit is still improved in terms of initial sensitivity, first cornering and on-going cornering, agility and weight change of the bike.

Thanks to the new triple camp (designed with new offsets and wheelbases) they achieved maximum stability and speed in any condition.

The fork kit is assembled "in house", tailor-made for each Client.

Calibrations and accessories made so that this kit, specific for KAYABA 48mm Closed Cartridge Fork, allows the fork to be mounted on HONDA Africa Twin XRV 750 RD04-RD07-RD07A (1990-2004) and makes the bike stable and comfortable on the road, but by a few clicks, very performing off-road, where it can give its best.

The kit is complete with everything needed for assembly:

- fork tubes

- upper triple clamp, machined from solid, with key attachment

- silent blocks

- lower triple clamp, with 4 screws machined from solid, which guarantees stiffness and stability

- dedicated wheel axle and spacers

- brake calipers mountings

- low mudguard complete with brackets

- dedicated aeronautical brake hoses

- steering bearing
